The Rosenlund Group of Companies can compare
with international peers as one
of the more informed Construction and Development Companies.
They use the
most modern equipment available. No other company in
Australia can boast
the inventiveness that they have attained. Please note
the following examples of Rosenlund Inventory and Engineering.
DEMOLITION EXCAVATOR FRONT TECHNOLOGY Reduces three potentially lethal
hazards. The possibility of heavy equipment falling
through unstable floors; The need for staff to work
at heights and the use of open
flame cutting is minimised by the use of Demolition
Shears.
DEMOLITION SHEARS Mounted onto excavators, these
Shears are time efficient and reduce the amount of hot
work and work at height usually necessary.
WATER SPRAYS At the Rosenlund Workshop, they
have attached Water Sprays to excavators to help subdue
the dust emissions from the demolition work area.
FIXED AND ROTATING PULVERISERS Mounted on excavators, in lieu
of Hydraulic Hammers to lessen the vibration and
noise emanating from the demolition machinery in action.
These pulverisers help to
establish a controlled operating system, thereby reducing
risk.
HAND HELD DEMOLITION SHEARS To replace Jack Hammers, and able
to go where no vehicle can reach. These Shears also
help to decrease noise, vibration and dust in sensitive
areas.
TRACKED CONCRETE CRUSHERS AND
SCREENS There is an environmental licence
associated with this equipment. They are able to
recycle concrete and bricks on site, using tracked concrete
crushers and screens. By containing all work on one
site, rather than carting rubble across town, they can
bring the truck volumes down to an absolute minimum
and save costs in the process.
HYDRAULICALLY POWERED MAGNETS Once attached to an excavator in
lieu of a bucket, these magnets maximise the
capability to recycle ferrous products.
ZERO SWING MINI EXCAVATORS AND
ATTACHMENTS These small excavators are also
fitted with Shears and Pulverisers. They assist in
tight situations and aid in reducing noise and dust
on sensitive sites such as Hospitals, Schools and areas
of condensed population.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL EQUIPMENT In addition to their well trained
and experienced staff, they also have a well-stocked
inventory of gear. Such as Negative Air Units, Decontamination
Units, Breathing Masks, Dust Suppression Systems for
use in conjuction with Rotating Shears and Pulverisers.
