Project Brief
Rosenlund was engaged by RCQ to undertake the rock excavation and D&C retention system for the Belise Apartments project in Bowen Hills. The site presented a number of challenges, among them was encountering Brisbane Tuft, which is renowned for its high strength. This challenging scenario was overcome with the use of 7T rock breakers and a change of methodology to ensure utilisation of smaller plant.
