Project Brief
Public consultation and communications with all key stakeholders in relation to asbestos removal and controls implemented. Location of project (including high rise scaffold installation adjacent new Gold Coast Light Rail). Proximity of public interfaces adjacent demolition activity (Adjacent 2 x Main Roads and Light rail system).
Extent of inground contamination- Implementation by site remediation plan with over 10,000T of asbestos contaminated materials removed..
Achieved 100% of Waste and Recyclable Management Plan target (95% recycle by weight).
