Project Brief
Graincorp demobilised their refinery at Murarrie in 2016 and contracted Rosenlund to demolish and remediate the site for its eventual sale on the market as vacant industrial land, removed from the contaminated land register. Given the site previous uses the site presented challenges on decontamination and the safe removal of structures onsite.
Once the site was remediated, earthworks were undertaken on the site subject to complete the project development requirements.
