Green Square close was a rock excavation project undertaken in the Fortitude Valley. Rosenlund was contracted to undertake the rock excavation and D&C retention system. Given the proximity to a live rail corridor and other sensitive neighbouring buildings the project presented a number of challenges. Working in conjunction with various consultants Rosenlund was able to undertake the project meeting all project deadlines, delivering the site on schedule to ADCO
