Project Brief
L Block was built in the 1970’s as a concrete framed structure. Its proximity to Heritage listed Government house required minimal vibration during the demolition process. High Reach excavator with pulverisers was utilised to implement a safe working method with minimal vibration.
The building itself was 50m in height and required substantial scaffolding due to the proximity to the Good Will Bridge.
